I changed my ebay ID about 2 months ago but wasn't doing any listings until last night. I listed with Vendio and they all launch ok but now nothing will update on my Sales Manager page. I don't think it will send out WBN notices either.
I can't figure out how to change my ebay Id on Vendio?? When I try - I have to log on to ebay and it takes me to my OTHER id. Anyone know how to do this????
I posted on the Vendio Services but they take forever and I need to add some photos to one of my listings.

According to the Vendio Help Search, this is what needs to be done:
How can I change my Vendio username?
If you want to change your Vendio username, please send your request via email using the "Contact Us" form on our website. When you write, please specify 5 account names that you would like, in order of preference. Please note that the account name must be alpha-numeric (it cannot contain any "special" characters) and the first two characters must be alphabetical.
