I picked up some wrenches but some of them have a bit of rust. Seems to me in a past thread you were saying that these can replaced for new ones???

No they will not replace tools that have been neglected or exhibit normal wear, only for breakage or failure.

Snap-On tools are only replaced if defective. They do not replace rusty or beat up tools. Also in most cases Snap-On drivers will not replace tools for an individual anyway only to customers regularly purchasing tools from them.

Have you heard the expression "Not snowball in hade's chance." Defective yes, broken maybe, rusty never!

Rust is not a warranty issue. Break them and then you will have a warranty issue. I deal with Snap-on at work along with Mac, Matco and Craftsman and warranty issues are pretty cut and dry. If it is broken, they give you a replacement. If it is rusty, have a nice day.

Get some Naval Jelly, it dissolve rust in a jiffy. You can get it at almost any hardware store. If these are chrome alloy \, the rust will come right off & not injure the tool. It also works on saw blades etc.
