Give me a break. People will fall for anything. No wonder sales are so slow. People are too busy being taken. They get ripped off and then complain to the media about it making the rest of us look like crooks as well. The Holy Grail being sold on eBay? Now that's a good one.

seels: sew up the eyelids of hawks and falcons

At least learn how to spell the simplest of words!

He has a bid, so he's probably out buying his new car today.....

I would think something worth 3 mil would cost more than $10 to ship. Does UPS have unlimited insurance?

There's not even a picture. I wonder if the bidder is just trying to stick the seller with huge fvf.

I think the high bidder is a very astute collector, as witnessed by his last 4 purchases:

JNCO Jeans 34 X 32 34W 32L: $19.98
John Lennon NYC 20x24 Framed Music Art: $24.99
50' FT 2 RCA to 2 RCA Audio Cable: $3.90
SET OF 6 NEW BECKS BEER GLASSES: $18.96

And now,

The Holy Grail from somebody in Ohio: $3,000,000.

Obviously, the bidder has been carefully following the trail of the Grail.
I deciphered his intent by carefully applying methodology from the "Treasure Hunt".

Best,
Michael

LOL Michael, I think you are on to something there.

I also think the guy bid just to make the seller pay a hefty FVF. Think how much fun the seller is going to have getting that back.

Listing fee was only $4.50, so why not start at the top and work your way down??

What I REALLY want to know is why eBay has not kicked this out of the pool yet???
