Hello,

I understand there is a method by which both seller & bidder can get eBay to withdraw negative feedback they have left for each other.

I have a situation in which this needs to be done, if anyone on the board has the details, would appreciate it.

Don't get your hopes too high though. The mutual thing only removes that stupid red mark. The comment will remain. It still will show up like a sore thumb and now you will have a big open space instead of a red mark.

Not really. It still has that big open space where a green, gray or red mark usually is. Which is just like a big red mark.
