If we do NOT get an email about these tokens expiring, does this mean that we don,t have to update this information? It scares me to go into that red link at vendio, is that where you have to go?

Hi there,

If you see the red warning in your account telling you that you need to update the token, this does indicate it needs to be done. If you click the link, it'll take you to the My Account -> Auction Site Accounts page, where you can update your eBay ID information. You can confirm that this is our website by simply going to that area and updating the token without clicking through the link in the warning.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Thanks,

Diana
