My paragraphs are all running consecutively. How do I get VD-O to capture my text with line spaces between the paragraphs?

If you are using Merchandising Edition (not Sales manager Pro) you can just click the "HTML" editor and it will do the HTML for you (also selects font, size, underlines etc.) you type and what you see is what you get - very easy to use!

To keep mine separate I use

I don't think one of those separates the paragraphs enough so I use two of them.
