This mark is on the bottom of a plain white glass. Can anyone identify it for me? Thanks in advance...

It's not glass.

These are inserts that fit into Wilton pewter mugs.

Seems to me that's Wilton. Inserts into armetale perhaps?

Thanks all...I never would have guessed that! I did check "RPW" and found a lot of pewter but never made a connection...as usual, the wealth of information from the folks on this site (and their willingness to share) is truly awesome! Thanks! Do you think they're "eBay-able" or more appropriate for the garage sale?

Perfect for eBay. Someone is (most likely)looking for these ... and you'd never find those folks at a yard sale. Check to see with what they might go, and you have an even better chance of selling them.

Depending upon size would make good,shot glass, wine glass, or better yet beer glass. Sell in Two's or Fours. Include a good story

if you look at the closed auctions - 2 ceramic inserts sold for $31.51...not too shabby!

Auction # 6169438328

4 pewter mugs with inserts sold for $102.50! That's even better.

Thanks again...I've got about 5 boxes of "stuff" from my friend's family estate...so guess I'll go through them before listing these inserts...would be terrific if I could find the pewter mugs they go into! I've got my fingers and toes crossed!
