We've had a Froogle feed for six months and traffic has certainly increased (as have sales) via it. Mind you, we have much better descriptions and photos than most of our competitors and consequently charge a premium (which this market will bear) over them for the better service and selection we offer.
You should monitor your Froogle traffic closely in your weblogs to note sales patterns and adjust product prices accordingly. Easy to do with a PHP script and MySQL database!
