I just found out that another seller has stolen my ( and a couple others') auctions TOTALLY. The photos even have my WATERMARK!!
Some of the photos are directly linked to my Vendio account.
Any suggestions?? I want to have some fun with this!!!

If you already know how to replace that image they have on their auction with one of your own (by renaming an image where you're hosting it now with the same name), here are a few suggestions - some tame, and some not so:
FREE SHIPPING
on Every Purchase!
Ask Me About
My Monkey Porn!
I'm a Cheap SOB
and Stole This Image
Buy One &
Get One FREE!
Michael Jackson
is My Idol!
SCREW eBAY's
Stinkin' Rules!
Grab a porn shot from some web site and post it...
Of course, you might want to have someone with a disposable user ID place a bid quickly so that they can't change the auction listing and will have to end it instead. Unless eBay ends it for them...
While these are interesting and maybe thought-provoking, I don't know if I'd do any of the more extreme ones. They're food for thought and maybe it will spark other ideas.

If you replace the image with a mischievious one make sure you aren't using the image anywhere (or change image before you do your revising).

Find an auction that has images linked directly to your account. Locate the last photo. Go into your image hosting account. Delete that image and replace it with a text .jpg which reads "Free FedEx overnight shipping worldwide on this item" Be sure to use the exact same filename, paying attention to upper/lower case. Then, go bid on the auction (preferably using a dummy account) to keep him from revising it. Be sure to retract you bid 12 hours before the auction ends, if he doesn't end it himself earlier.

Another text .jpg that will thrill him is "Please contact me offline to purchase this item. That way we can avoid having to pay the outrageous Ebay final value fees" Then report the auction to safeharbour.

I've tried, but it keeps pulling up the old image

That's because it is cached in your system. First time visitors will see the updated image.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

Make sure you delete the old image from the recycling bin

Clear your cache. Delete temporary internet files, be sure to check the box that reads "delete offline content". Restart your computer. The new image should now appear in the auction. If not, while on the auction page, hit ctrl+f5. That should bring it up.

lollypop: If you have the Pay as you Go option on Vendio, check your account and see if you have been charged 10 cents each for someone else using your pictures. I have had that happen several times. You can report it to Vendio.

Amber-
With the "new" Vendio image hosting, I don't think you get charged by the image anymore. You get charged only by the amount of storage that you use.
I am Pay As You Go and recently had an image stolen (using a link to my image on Vendio). No extra charge showed up.
While it was a pain to dispute those charges with Vendio, at least it gave you an "easy" way to know someone was using your image!

In it's "before" state, it was a size chart. Too bad they didn't link to all of the photos I would have been up all night "fixing" them!!

Hello lolleypop54,
That's just to funny and the Michael Jackson photo is just over the top. I almost fell out of my chair. Great work. If I might make one suggestion, if I were you I would report this bum to the security center. Report it as a listing violation and report it as a stolen listing and stolen photo. They will probably cancel the guy's listing and also it is a good idea because they keep a record of this kind of thing and if he is a repeat offender they will cancel his ebay privelages. In any case "YOU DA MAN (OR WOMAN), that listing made my day.
