When I try to send Second Chance Offers I get the following IN RED-- The following must be corrected before continuing:
You have already sent Second Chance Offers to all eligible non-winning bidders.
What's up with this? I didn't send any and I wanted to send 3. There wasn't even a message to send the offer. I had to go to the bid history. This has happened to 5 or 6 of my auctions. Anyone have an answer or is it one of ebay's glitches.

try the Ebay Live Help feature. Last time I saw it - it was on the Home Page top right hand corner AFTER you're signed in. If you're not signed in, you can't see it.

IS it possible someone has made those second-chance offers for you, giving their own address for payment? Seems I've heard of this lately. . . .

This is why I write down the e-mail addresses of all bidders before the end of the auction so I can contact them without any ebay interference.
