How can I use electronic delivery confirmation (for .13) for first class, media mail etc?

I know I can print it on the USPS site for priority & express, but I want to send something first class.

Can't go through Paypal shipping as the payment isn't through Paypal/Ebay.

I don't use Endicia or Stamps.com .
Am I out of luck fo rdoing it electronically? Do I have to stand in line at the local P.O. & try to teach them that DC really is available for first class?

thanks!

Just make sure your package is 3/4 inch thick or it doesn't qualify.

from the usps.com website:

First-Class Mail® Parcels - Envelopes and small packages weighing 13 ounces or less. Applies only to boxes or envelopes measuring at least 3/4” at thickest point.

not "toybuyer" on eBay
