Do you ever read this part of a person's feedback? I always wonder why some people don't leave feedback at all. I have a person that buys from me all the time but she has NEVER left feedback for anyone. I didn't realize how many people don't leave feedback until I started reading these. Wonder why?

They're more interested in getting their item, than in getting a star.
If buyers want to leave feedback for me that's fine, if not that's fine too.
My main concern is getting paid.
The only good thing about feedback from buyers is that I know they received their item. Otherwise feedback is pretty meaningless.
In my opinion, ebay encourages positive feedback so they can point to it and use it as a media tool in order to hype the safety and success of ebay transactions.

"3) they are new users not familiar with the process "
I think Sanmar is right. I can't tell you how many buyers have confessed they don't know how to use feedback and have never even seen their own.

On all three of my selling accounts, I always leave feedback, good or bad. In each of them, I receive 60% return feedback. This has held true since I began with ebay over 6 years ago.

Interesting discussion! I just checked my main account for buying AND selling. I've received 1,442 FBs, left 1,768 (which is all of them--I've never skipped one). As I figure it, that's about 81%. Not too bad, huh.
