I know I live in Canada, but I am actually English, so I don't know French. Could someone translate this for me? I'm pretty sure she wants to pay by Paypal, but that's a "no go" for me.
Si possible, je préfère attendre la fin des autres de vos objets sur lesquels j'ai mis des enchères (fin dans 1 ou 2 jours... ), si vous êtes d'accord, pour vous payer. Je ne peux pas vous payer par PayPal si j'ai bien compris ? Il faut envoyer 1 mandat ?

it reads "If possible, I prefer to await the end of the others of your objects on which I put biddings (end in 1 or 2 days...), if you agree, to pay you. I cannot pay you by PayPal if I included/understood well? 1 should be sent mandate?"

Heres the translation site called Babble fish http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr

You really don't as you can go into babelfish and put your english in there and change it to French. I have done that with auctions. I had a french book and I wrote the description first in english and then when to babelfish and reversed it to french so it had both english and a french description. I was lucky as the winning bidder did speak english.

Just a warning ... Sometimes babelfish translates to absolute gibberish. I found this out when I used it on some Spanish. Usually, though, it is decipherable in the other language.

Just curious. She said "mandat." It was translated "mandate." Could that mean invoice, or money order, as a possibility?

"Mandat" would be her payment; she wants to wait until the other auctions end and send just one payment for the items she wins, if that's agreeable to you.

Thanks for all the help. I had sent a reply in English, so I used babelfish and translated into French for her, I think she was very impressed, she bid on 3 more auctions.
