Thanks. That would take me a month or more. I was kinda hoping that someone might have some kind of hint (for example, it looks old enough to be numbered rather than named, or vice versa, or "I had some of that last year, it's called "Hackenabush".

Cash - I looked at every bloody pattern under Hutchen...........and couldn't find it.
there are about 2,000 or so

That was surely above and beyond the call of duty. Wow! I noticed that there were a huge number of patterns, and I was somewhat inclined to think that Replacements wouldn't have it (though they sometimes have very old patterns). I think this china is pretty old. I have to find the undermark in Kovels to see if it gives me an approximate date (but that will have to wait until tomorrow when my wife is on a business trip and I can sneak away for a while ).

Do you know that you can send those photos to Replacements via e-mail and in about 24 hours or so they'll tell you what it is? Take a look around their site for the details - but they'll do it for free for 'ya.
