Does anyone have experience printing postage from Vendio. I am registered with Endicia and Stamps.com and can't get either one to work. I have been on live chat and emailed customer service and still can't print postage. Right now I could have taken 25 packages to the post office in separate trips and waited in line each time and been faster than Sales Manager.
Endicia is requiring a special XML export and then an import into Endicia, which in turn requires another export. This is not integration. The postage rates are also wrong.
Stamps.com appears to give me what I need but says it doesn't have the printer set up. I did this with tech support from Stamps.com to verify that I did it right (which I did). They said Vendio is not communicating with them correctly.
Is everyone experinecing these problems or is it just me? If you can help I would appreciate it. Customer service is not very responsive on this issue.

That is what I used to use as well as Ebay/Pitney Bowes shipping service. It was my understanding that Vendio does that much faster. That is one way I am hoping to save time, allowing me to do more listings. This in turn would allow me to make more money and justify the extra expense of Vendio or other similar programs.

I use Click & Ship and no more lines at the P.O. Simple to use too.

I use PayPal Priority Mail for up to 4 lbs. After that it goes FedEx Ground. The only time I go to the PO, is for foreign mailing. I can't see why you would use endica unless you are mailing small items under 13 oz.

would this help any? eBay dropped the 20-cent fee to print postage...you just pay the actual postage cost via your PayPal account and the postage can be printed with a standard label maker.

niel35 - I was being facetious about going to the post office that many times. I have used Ebay/PayPal shipping for a while and schedule a PU from the USPS so I don't even have to go the the PO until I am shipping international and only do that on Wednesdays.
Thank you all for the comments.

sanmar,
Is FedEx ground cheaper than the USPS on packages over 4#? Do you find them cheaper than UPS? I will do some checking into this to see if it is something I want to try.

Dave,
What I had to do is open the printer folder from the control panel. Slowly click twice on the printer icon I wanted to use (like you would if you were to change the name) and copy the text; go to https://secure.vendio.com/my/acct/postage.html and paste the printer name into the name of the printer in the "printer for postage" box. It worked OK after I figured out I needed to put my printer in that box. I personally just didn't care for stamps.com. Good Luck!
