Item sold and paid for on receipt of my invoice which stated that shipping cost was
not based on airmail and stating that if she prefers another arrangement to let me know.
She pays the amount OF THE INVOICE KNOWING SHIPPING IS SNAIL MAIL.
Shortly after she sends e-mail saying she's changed her mind and wants air shipment and asks me to send another Invoice. I cannot figure out how to do that. It's marked paid everywhere and there's no access to another Invoice. Should she reverse her payment and IF SO, WILL THE INVOICE BUTTON REAPPEAR SO
I CAN START OVER?

First of all, quit using PayPal via ebay. That is not your PayPal account. Go directly to PayPal everytime.

Always go to your account directly. That way, you can do anything and see everything that has truely happened.

Once you log in, it will take you to your main transaction page. The payment you speak of it likely near the top. Click on the details section of the transaction. You will be able to refund the payment there.

Then send them a new invoice directly from PayPal.

I would think if you went directly in to Paypal, you could just do a money request for the difference. It's one of the tabs at the top. Bypass ebay though to get it done.

Don't ask for the difference as you will have the extra charge. Refund the total and send a correct invoice for the full amount. No need to let PayPal get more in their grimmy little pockets then they deserve.

So Paypal refunds the fees to you as well if you do it that way?
