I posted last week that I was fighting paypal about an international order that the buyer says they did not receive.
Well I have some new information. I have been watching the buyers auctions and her website and guess what I found jewelry designed with the pieces that she purchased from me.
Do you think paypal would care about this. Would this be any proof to them that she did receive my product?

Nope...Odds are Paypal won't do a single thing about it...They won't even look at the website. This is just the way PayPal operates...Hell, that person could probably go as far as to list the item as YOURS and PayPal still wouldn't do anything...The Buyer seems to have ALL the power in these situations.

I'd copy the pics from the website if you can, email them to her with a 'threatening' email to pay up or legal action will be taken, as well as formal complaints with Paypal and Ebay - maybe this buyer doesn't know she has all the power in this situation - bluff it!

I actually was able to talk to a human at Paypal regarding this. The lady I talked to was very helpful. Took down her website information. She actually was viewing the site while on the phone with me. Noted everything in my file.
But she stated that there is no way of proving that those piece are actually the ones that the buyer purchased from me.
So I'm still no where on this issue, unless this buyer has a history of doing this, then paypal will rule in my favor. I could not get paypal to say if this buyer has done this before.
I'm watching her ebay auctions also, her auctions just ended today. Hopefully she will list jewelry done with the pieces she purchased from me. If she does that, paypal said they will report this to ebay as well.
Paypal also stated that: International selling is a major problem and should be avoided.
Caroline: I'm going to send her an email with the pictures of her site. That was a great idea! Thanks

At least you were able to SPEAK with someone at Paypal. When you email her, mention criminal action, theft, etc. and you will be contacting her local police department. Good Luck!

Well DID she or DIDN'T she? Does anybody else see the discrepancy in this thread?
First - jewelsnfindings - you said you had found jewelry designed with the pieces you had sold her. Then you said you hope she will list some jewelry done with the pieces she purchased from you.
Although I can see PP's point - there's a bunch of the same kind of stuff out there - so no telling if it's some she had or some she bought from you.

It sounded like the items in question were on her website, not listed on Ebay - thus Ebay would not get involved. Her listings on Ebay have not used the items purchased - yet. That's how I read into it anyway.

The buyer has listed jewelry designs on her website containing the pieces she purchased from me.
She has not listed any jewelry designs on her ebay auction containing pieces she purchased from me.
IF she does list jewelry designs on ebay with the pieces she purchased from me, paypal said they will also report this to ebay.

Why not just buy them back from her website? Pay with Paypal. And as soon as they arrive in the mail do a chargeback.

And you don't think anyone will notice that this is the seller that formerly had a chargeback and that she has called and spoken to PayPal about a potential fraud issue with?

Open a new PayPal account and pay for the item that way. Be sure to not confirm it, although it shouldn't matter on international payments.
