Just sucked up two retaliatory negs from a buyer...a nice "Money was received by you & you know it. SEND MY ITEMS JERK......" FB to add to the (small) collection.
Funny how three weeks have passed and yet I never saw a dime from this loser (after numerous payment reminders that were ignored). Hope he likes those non-payment strikes (judging by his loving remark, I'm sure he did--LOL)

Nice guy! Make sure you respond in your feedback, when I scan feedback before buying, I ignore any like those and look for the response to see how the response is - defensive, professional, rude, etc. Just kill them with professionalism and facts. They hate that, they can't fight it.

How do you go about getting rid of the negatives they left? I thought I remembered the policy was changing but I still got stuck with them anyway.

My understanding is that you have to have done a UPI which didn't "end well." Then you can contact eBay to have it removed.

Anytime someone uses "Jerk" in their FB they may as well call themselves one IMO because that what they sound like.
Leave them a neg and wait a day or two and request mutual removal of both FB. Like carolinetyler said just be professional.
The words stay, but the mark AND the percentage positive calculation change AND if someone does the toolhaus thing, it doesn't show up. For active sellers, the neg is quickly on the umpteenth page, and for all practical purposes it's gone.
