Has anyone else been experiencing a lot of new to ebay users this summer?I have and I seem to have to chase 1/2 of them to complete the auctions!Seriously have you noticed the number of newbies pick up? Certainly isn't because ebay has been advertising, at least not in New England.

I've sold several items to "newbies" in Mainland China(I've sold to HonkKong and Taiwan before) - eBay must be up and running over there?

Not exactly newbies, but for the first time since starting with Ebay I have THREE non-paying bidders from a group of auctions I launched in July. Never happened before. I've notified them repeatedly and finally filed a UPI with Ebay for each, hoping that would goad them. I suppose they could have bid and then gone on vacation, but how dumb is that!

Road, I actually changed my WBN second note to state that I am aware that folks are much busier in the summer. I relax my "must be paid within 10 days" thing... people do have lives outside ebay esp in the summer.
I have been dealing with a new bidder 0 feedback since July 6 over a $20 auction! She actually said to me in one of her emails "I can't imagine where the MO went!! I always pay immediately, check my feedback" !!! NO kidding she actually said that.... The item is vintage Halloween paper that I could relist and do well with... she is going to loose out if the LOST MO isn't here by Wens. It's relist you loose girlfriend time!
She is not the only one this week I can feel 2 more following in her path for cheap no money kind of auctions.
I DO LOOK FORWARD TO FALL!
