legit with the html header goodies etc.

A complaint has been filed against you in the Fraud Reporting Form at eBay.

Nature of Complaint:
I sent a payment but never received any merchandise.
Text of Complaint: I won an auction for a $500 Pep Boys Gift Certificate. It was a certificate number which you entered after ordering online. We were told by Pep Boys, that the certificate number was stolen and not valid.

For responding, mediating or deny this coplaint act as you are instructed bellow:

In the next 3 days, please visit the Fraud Reporting Form to resolve this complaint with caseylynncarroll. If you do not do so, caseylynncarroll will receive information about the appropriate agencies to contact and/or to file charges against you. Moreover, if these agencies determine that you have committed fraud, eBay will suspend your membership privileges.

hence the part where they add on, saying,

and granted, there are misspellings in this, but the thing that got me, was that I receive dozens of email scammer things inre ebay or paypal all week, and this is the first one I've gotten that was worded like this.

Shhhhhhhhesh!!!! ya SCARED the crap out of me,,,,,I just got e mail notification. FRAUD Complaint! I thought NOOOOOOOOOO not again!!!!!!! Whhhhee, it was just you guys......hahahahaha.......

I got 8 of those things in a row on one dat last week. If you study the headers, you'll see they originated at an email address (probably spoofed) in the fcua.gov domain. These are the same crooks that are sending out the emails about credit union account problems that need to be addressed immediately by clicking on a link and entering sensitive information.
