I have seen many times when many of you were able to answer questions, and help solve problems. I have a huge Paypal problem, and was wondering if anyone knows if they have a phone number. My Paypal invoices are coming up with this message <<<The transaction ID in your link is invalid>>>>
Thus, they are holding up auction payments - I emailed Paypal and explained my problem and in 3 days received an email from them, that the "problem has been resolved" Well the PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RRESOLVED. I had more auctions end yesterday, and none of the payments are going through! I double and triple checked my Paypal profile. and everything is updated. One buyer, last week, said she was given an address, that I haven't had for about 3 years. I asked her where this info came from, and she never answered. I want to change it, but don't know where to go! It is nearly impossible to explain what I don't understand! SO A PAYPAL PHONE NUMBER WOULD BE A MIRACLE! Or any ideas would really be appreciated! Thanks in advance! DB

Last week, I was having the same problem with an incorrect email address. I spoke to someone at PayPal and they were very helpful. Had to go into each auction tho and correct the email address. If you list via Vendio go in a see what address they have for payment there.

Thank you bot VERY much for your help! I did log into Vendio. and everything there,is updated, as it is in eBay. I printed out the Payal phone numbers, and tomorrow morning, early, I will start at the top and work my way down! At least, someone there, might be able to lead me to the right person!
Thanks again! Your help is very much appreciated! I now see a glimmer of hope at the end of the dark Paypal tunnel!

I had a customer with the same problem tonight. She finally decided to send a check. Must be an intermittent problem.

The problem is with the payment link that is inserted in Ebay. It has always been trouble. Best thing to do is to dump the payment link within ebay and instruct your customers if they wish to use PayPal, that they need to log into their PayPal accounts and send payment directly from that.
