Who designed these notices from ebay, they are terrible! I have to scroll down to see who won, and I click on send invoice and I get an error! I do like the buyer's address is in the message, but everything else SUCKS!

The San Jose Unified School District had a contest to redesign the end of auction notice. It was won by a 3rd grader who received a $10.00 (minus 5.25% FVF) gift certificate at Baskin Robbins as first prize from Ebay. The address in the notice means nothing to me. It's the address on file with Ebay when the buyer first registered with them or when he last updated it with them. There is no guarantee it's correct. Since 20% of the American population changes addresses each year, there's a possibility it may be obsolete. I still expect a customer to respond to my EOA and provide me with a current physical shipping address.

I can't stand them! I just delete them and go through 'My Ebay' now, I actually find I use it alot more now that I have the store open and have the free Selling Manager.

Yep- I'm going to have "endoftransaction" withdrawals. I loved checking my email and seeing that message pop up on the screen. Now it just says "ebay".....what a dud.....

What ADDRESS at the bottom? Just a zip code is all that's there. It there WERE an address there I would use that page to print out the buyers address,,, yer right it's worthless......and at the TOP where the inf SHOULD be, all you get is the State. IDIOTS designed this.....
edit, sorry, Name,,,City and State..that's all anyone needs to get it right to the front door....Sheesh you people want everything handed to you on a GOLD platter.. All in ONE place!
