Now I'm the one who can't complete the filing for FVFs! I've been all over the site map, etc., for 15 minutes.
A buyer didn't pay. No contact since July 10th. Filed UPI (UID?) dispute 8 days ago. Still no contact. NOW I cannot for the life of me figure out where to file for the FVF and move on with my life. Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks, and I finally have figured it out. My problem came from a thread here a while ago which said don't "close dispute" because you won't get your FVF. Looking closer at the "close dispute" bit, I could see that I can close it and get my FVF, so that's what I did. I guess my memory was faulty (not the first time!).

And even if you do find the place to file for your fees back, ebay does ALL it can to frustrate you and delay you in hopes that you'll give up and ebay gets to keep your fees while they practically collude with the deadbeats. Imagine that.
PS: As a side note, I've got a deadbeat right now (plenty of 0 feedback newbies this summer), that has multiple proven aliases, and he bids just to interfere with several seller's listings. And it ain't chump change we're talking about here. He never pays, and his feedbackS are in the - range now until ebay takes his account, as usual. He starts up another easily created disposable ebay account and bids away again. He's done this to several sellers I've contacted, and know what? Even with plenty of proof, ebay chose to ignore us all. Imagine that.
Maybe they just want to artificially boost their "registered members" numbers for the Media, for Wall St, and for ebay's shareholders, the truth be damned.

Did you remember to check the box that states that you wish to not communicate with the buyer any longer? If you don't, you will not get your FVF. The default is that you have completed the deal and you will be charged.

stone: Yes, I remembered to do that. Thanks! I have to file for FVF so seldom, maybe a couple of times a year, that I forget in between times how to do it.
And that danged Ebay does make it awfully difficult for sellers to file. So sneaky of them. I can just see the 17-year-old kids in that office smirking.
