I have a question. I filed my Paypal claim and the seller finally answered today. Today, I discovered a way that proves that I am saying is true based on her listing. Is there a way that I can get this information to Paypal before they render their decision? Can I call or write an e-mail? What do you think?

I would definitely call their customer service and try to get the info to them. Here's all the numbers I have for them from a previous post. I never get anything from them via email, so I'd try to reach them by phone:
