This sort of pottery is soooo hard to pinpoint, or to sell, aside from knowing that it's what we call "California Pottery." There've been many potteries in California over the last century or so.
In a case like this, I'd post my question and the photos on the Ebay Pottery message board. Someone may be able to give you an educated guess as to which pottery made it.

It is a retro California USA pottery bowl - could be made by Wade which was active in the 60's. If you do a completed search for california pottery usa bowl you should find some similar items.

The style of the bowl and glaze suggests possibly William Manker. I'm not that familiar with his work though. I do know they used a paper label later on, but don't know if they used that mark as well. Maybe someone more familiar with California Pottery can help.
edited to add: I think that's called a rose bowl.

Thanks everyone for trying. I searched, I googled and searched some more. Nada. I guess I'll try to list it as California Pottery.
