Yesterday I needed to refund 2 Paypal payments. One buyer didn't send enough postage, another won another another auction soon after sending a payment. I am sure I used to be able to re-send an invoice after refunding a payment, but I can't bring up the items etc. anymore. Does anyone know how I can do it?

Hi Amber,
Go to my eBay...left side Sold...then next to the item is a little box with a down arrow....click it,it's a drop menu...it's almost to the bottom. It will say send invoice or send reminder invoice

Hi toasted, thanks. I did what you said, but my drop down menu said View Paypal payment, and it then took me to the payment that I canceled last night. I know that I used to be able to send a new invoice when I had cancelled one. I guess the only way will be to go onto Paypal and send it via "request money".

Amber - are you sure the refund went through? Was it a full refund? I have always been able to do it this way (does take awhile for the item to show as unpaid again)...I hope ebay hasn't "enhanced" again!

neglus:Yes, in both cases it was a full refund. I did it about 16 hours ago, and there is a "refunded" invoice. When I click on "send invoice", the details come up from the previous invoice, but no way to send a new one. I tried doing it through the new win auction, but only that one auction would come up, not the previous ones that I refunded for. There used to be something like "re-calculate", but it is not there any more.

If the item shows "unpaid", try pulling up "Payment details" and I think there is a place to send a "reminder" invoice or something like that - I think you can edit it too.

I found it in "payment details" under "contact the buyer" - there is a "send invoice" link and you can edit it.

No they don't but I do like the "payment details" enhancement! I use it to prepare shipping envelopes for my mailed in payments and mark off "payment received" - that has about put an end to all the "Have you received my check yet" emails!
