it use to be easy but for the life of me, I cannot figure this out now...
how can i marked payment not received after it has been marked payment received

I don't use the ebay system, but I still have the same problem. As soon as the buyer checks a payment option in the vendio checkout, it is automatically marked as "payment sent.

I do not use eBay for accounting.
A customer marked payment sent (as soon as they bid ???) and the item was marked as"payment received" since I had not received payment, I wanted to unmark it.
I found the link, it is under "payment details"
