Remember back in 1999 when the counter at the bottom of your auction page read over 50 hits a day, and at the end of the week you had somewhere between 200-300 hits...not to mention 15-20 bids on the item. Ah, those were the days. At least we have our memories

If it weren't for international customers, I'd have none at all right now! Sold four items today to overseas customers. Just had to refund a customer for an item they never rec'd. Fortunately, it wasn't too much money. But, even a small amount hurts right now.

Hear hear regarding international. I just sold 4 place settings of Buttercup silver (with a three character monogram, unfortunately).
High bidder was from Japan, paid BidPay right away - $455 plus shipping.
Second place bidder was from United Arab Emirates, and unfortunately didn't bite on the Second Chance Offer.
First American bidder was #3, at $333.
No matter how you slice it, international got me an extra $122 on this auction alone.

I think I'll discount my international shipping rates - at least their not worried about Hurricanes over there right now!
