Yes...I was having problems. I moved my photos from my floppy to a folder on my desktop and they seem to be uploading from the folder just fine....Coincidence???

while we are on the subject
when I relist, sometimes Ebay can't find my pictures. So I revise and put the URL in and it shows on the thumbnail and also at the bottom of the listing but NOT in the center of the listing, where I think it really counts.
what am I doing wrong??
