I continue to see sellers that ship to Canada but only with a confirmed address. What they don't realize is because of Canada's privacy laws, they can't get their address confirmed. Sellers are still protected under the "Seller Protection" to Canada but most don't realize this.

Just wanted to let you know.

I thought confirmed address refer to the cardholder's billing address-where the credit card statement is mailed every month.
It is now possible to get the confirmed addr of Canadian and UK cardholders.
But if there is a need to prove to paypal you have shipped to confirmed addr,seller would have to ship via private carrier,not USPS.
