How do you FIND this stuff??? What were you looking for when you found it??? THAT is what I want to know. I love your posts and the 'items' are always interesting but I want to know how they 'pop up' on your screen?

Think about this:
Some guy actually spent hours in his workshop/laboratory "inventing" this "instrument!"
"Daddy! Daddy, whatcha doing? Well, Princess, I'm just developing a mousie de-header..."

Didn't I see that in a Tom & Jerry cartoon?
I thought it was a joke auction, but if you look at the PDF file from the manufacturer of this thing, it really is a factory built mouse/cat decapitator.
What would be the use of this thing commercially?
Biology labs like in a university would want the head left on for dissection. Nobody eats cat or mice bodies... That I know of.
Unless there is a secret market for cat head keychains on eBay, I can't imagine the point.

More like a Tom & Jerry-12 Cartoon!
I think this auction deserves some kind of "special" recognition as the absolute worse (excluding used unmentionables) item ever offered!
Didja catch the BIN price?
Hmmmm? Say, Ralphie! Do ya think they drop-ship these things???

The official use for this type of product is for experiments where you examine mouse tissue. Here's an even more interesting auction:

I don't know about the brain slicer- that looks kinda low-tech.
I saw an anatomy video recently where the doctor used a regular looking deli-style lunchmeat slicer to evenly cut up a brain into neat little slices. The grey parts looked just like cold meat loaf. Seriously Yuck!
