Thinking of signing up for the Vendio Gallery...Anyone else using this and what do you think? Is it worth the $2.95 extra?
Thanks...

Been with it since it started.
Canceled it last night, don't think it really did much.
Had no real reason other than to save a little money.

i cancelled, too. i'm trying to recall the reason. i think it was something about how it wouldn't also rotate through my store items and since most of my stuff is in my store at a fixed price and not at auction, it was glitchy for me.

I've never had it, but you need to be aware that it slows loading time immensly for those on dialup. There will be many impatient people who will hit the back button before they have a chance to see the item you have up for auction.

I've had it since it was introduced and swear it increased my hits right away. Sticking with it for now.

I absolutely would NEVER get rid of it! 30% of my hits come from my scrolling gallery.

Biz-Babe:
THAT'S great news, but Ralphie asks: "How can you tell that those hits come from there?"

I have Sellathon attached to my auctions. They show up as "direct links". After conversing with support at Sellathon, I realized that was where the majority of my "direct link" hits were coming from.
Edited to add: Yes, direct links are also from EOA notices and search engines. But, when I compared the search engine hits (from Ebay's tracking through my store), it came up that the majority of the direct link hits were my from Vendio gallery.

I just cancelled mine last month since it was running way too much money as I listed more items into my store. I would upgrade but when I inquired about the best price for items over 1000, they couldn't come up with a figure. It would not pick up every item. After awhile I found it to be annoying and costly.

I had it for awhile but I sell to many different type items and it just didn't look right.
I would have loved it if I could have pick from a category or something to show what I wanted to show in a given auction. If that makes sense?
