Well the reversals that occurred a couple of months ago with ATMs and PAYPAL, are starting to happen again. BE CAREFUL withdrawing money using your PAYPAL DEBIT CARD.

No need to be careful as currently:
"We are sorry, we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later. If this error occurred while making a payment, avoid duplicate payments by checking your Account Overview before resending a payment.

This has been going on for a few days now. I have written them, no responses. This is insane and worse still... could they at least make a notation advising us of the situation? I just tried to pay someone and I can't.... Same error message! How much fun is that going to be if OUR buyers can't pay us????????
