Hi All,
New problem on Ebay that you might want to check out.
I just viewed my invoice two days ago and found a discrepancy where they charged me twice for a store item. Now it is only $.03 but I wondered if there might be others. I emailed Ebay Customer Service explaining the situation where I received a canned reply and no credit. So I went back into my invoice and found a few more double charges. Now I will have to call and deal with someone over the phone.
I will also have to find the time to go back and reveiw my past invoice. Like have the extra time to do this when now with any extra time that I have, I have to sit and revise & remove the word CASH from my listing page.

are you sure it is not an extended duration fee.? you have the insertion fee. for my stores is $0.02. and the extended duration fee is anywhere from $0.03 to $0.06. depending on the length of time you list for.

No, I only used the 30 day program. I just discovered that back in October, the same items were charged double as well. So now I have to take the time to review each month going back for some months.
