Could you make the picture larger, and what does the backstamp look like?

It's Meg. She's in front of Ebay headquarters singing "You'll find it on Ebay"

Sparkz, I think you are on to something. Maybe if I run it with your tag line, Meg will outbid GP for it and make me rich???

It's possible. Even if Meg did win it for an astronomical amount, I'd still be tempted to gouge her on shipping for at least 35 cents to cover the listing fee.

I found it...
Ambassador Hotel East's Pump Room in Chicago that features English actress Sarah Siddon.
I don't think I would want to have a meal in the pump room

Way to go on the ID.
As far as having a meal in the Pump Room, why not? As far as I know, the term originated with the Roman Baths in England's ancient city of Bath. In Jane Austen's time the Pump Room was a popular place to mingle. You could sample Bath's restorative mineral water, which I suppose was pumped in from the spring.
Chicago's Pump Room is said to be very elegant.

I wuz just joking Fluf. My hometown is Dawson Springs (as in pure mineral waters). I know what a pump room is. I would prefer to take my tea in the solarium, thank you <g>.

Well, I was guessing she's Medusa, the ?goddess? with the snakes in her hair? Sarah Siddons makes more sense.

When I first saw the pitcher I thought "Crescent, Bath" so the Pump Room, Chicago is a logical choice.
It also reminded me of my only meal in the Chicago Pump Room. Many years ago when I arrived in Chicago to attend graduate school my friend who had driven me from Texas wanted to visit it since she had fond childhood memories of special meals there. Needless to say two young women who did not look like big spenders got the least desirable table in the house. It was back in a corner by a kitchen door. The food was not that good but the highlight of the evening came when a cart was rolled out with a flaming dessert on it. As it rolled past our table something fell off and the cloth on the cart caught on fire. I will never forget the smooth and calm actions of the staff as they put out the fire. I don't think anyone beyond our table knew what had happened. Wonder if it was a frequent occurrence.
Ahh the memories.
