Had someone swipe my pics for their listing, I guess I shouldnt complain- If I take good enough pics that other people want to use em- BUT he took my description AND title- now thats just plain lazy If I remember right there used to be a way to have a copycat listing pulled- anyone remember how to do that?

do you watermark your photo.? i had the same problems. then i started using the vendio watermarking system. no more problem.
Depending upon how t'd off I am, I sometimes just write them and tell them I am flattered, but they have 12 hours to change their listing before I report them to eBay.
If I see they have done it on multiple auctions, I just report them out right and don't waste anymore time on them than I have too.

Be sure to give Ebay the auction # of the one he copied. If it is a relist, give them the # of the original. You need to prove you had those pictures and text posted before he did. After Ebay nukes the auction, send him a bill for $25.00 for royalties for the use of your copyrighted material.

Do report them. Worked for me, a few weeks ago. I warned him first, but it did no good.
