Classic...While you have 'em on the line, ask them if they can suggest any new ways we sellers can evade some of the outrageous fees that Ebay charges us.

The were completely unhelpful and told me never to call the number again because I am no longer a silver level powerseller. I am still a bronze level powerseller - how rude can you be?
Ebay has the worst customer service anywhere.

Toben...If they treated me that way, I would write their phone number on the wall of the men's rest room at the local swap meet.
