Dear Carrier Pickup™ Customer,
When requesting Carrier Pickup for international packages, changes to international airline security regulations now require that you be present to hand your prepaid international packages to your carrier. This applies to international packages only. Domestic packages may still be left at your designated pickup location for the carrier to pick up.
As always, you may take your international packages to your local Post Office™, or your carrier will be happy to pick it up when you are available.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter, and we appreciate your continued business.
