Sold two items to buyer. Couldn't get them to "combine" for the invoice, so I sent two invoices - one showing postage for both and the other showing $0.00 postage. Shipping was $7.87. Buyer (nice lady who insists on a correct invoice and I don't blame her) receives invoice asking for $24 shipping EXPRESS Mail
(which I NEVER USE). I had calculated parcel post. At any rate, the invoice is screwed up.
HOW CAN I NEGATE THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AND start all over. I'm afraid even that won't work. I think I'd have to re-do my original auction
preferences for shipping. Somehow, they were
distorted. Been doing this for 5 years and have only recently started having problems (since changes were made) Any help out there for me? PLEASE

Which invoice are you sending? Vendio, Ebay, or PayPal? If you can't get one right, try another one.

Gee, I feel like such a DUNCE! I was using Ebay invoice (always have!), but I went to Vendio and used that one and it worked fine.
Sometimes my brains just STOPS working.
Thanks for shaking the tree for me.
