I have to change my payment instructions that come up on the listing form, and in the box at the bottom of the "send an invoice" form. I have tried Live Help, no help at all. I have tried calling eBay, they say to call back during normal business hours, these ARE normal business hours. Can anyone help me please? I have tried everything in preferences, but I just can't find it.

Thanks but it is the payment instructions that come up on every page when you list directly on eBay, and also when you send every invoice, this is not a question about one auction but the payments instructions that are on every invoice.

When you list a brand new auction, you can change the text and it will be the default text for all future auctions.
For existing auctions or relists, you will have to change each one individually.

I don't use those eBay boxes. My payment instructions are built into my template. I can't count the number of times I've changed something in an eBay box for one auction and then forgot to change it back for the next one. I had to go back and change each one individually. What a pia.
