Dutch auction for 3 of the same kind cell phone that I need. So I bid on all three. There was another buyer that bid on 1 of the cell phone. The after auction page said "You bid on 3 items and won 2 of those items."

I got an email from the seller saying "i apologize, but there was some confusion from this add i guess. i had three phones that i was selling. i received confirmation from ebay that someone had won, and then i received it that you had also. i had already quoted shipping charges to other person including the three phones. please email with any questions regarding this. again, i do apologize for the confusion from ebay."

Ebay my ass.

you bid on 3, now since you didn't get them all, if you want you need not take any!
To get all 3 you would have had to be the high bidder.
It can get confusing.
And Proxy bids don't work, because if you bid Very High to get all 3 you would have paid your Very High Bid.
Even if no one bid against you.

Let them know you want, and they need to sell you the 2 you did win.
Just because they quoted the full/3 shipping to the person that bought one, does not mean they don't have to sell to you!
Just tell them to figure out the shipping on 2 for you.

Ebay my ass.

Your Correct!
They seem to have no idea themselves how Dutch Auctions work.
