How about this one in your Seller setup

#Cross-Promotion Connections

"You can arrange with other sellers to cross-promote each other's items and get exposure to more buyers."

I had not seen that one before until last night. Looks like something they "borrowed" from Overstock.

This is different than "Promoting Similar Items on eBay Pages and Emails" found under Seller Preferences.
