I AM NEW TO VENDIO. POSSIBLY I WAS ON VENDIO 5 YEARS AGO. I JUST SIGNED UP AGAIN BECAUSE I WANT BROWSERS TO SEE MY OTHER AUCTIONS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. I GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE "The eBay information that you have entered was previously associated with another Vendio account. Since we do not support the use of one eBay account across multiple Vendio accounts, we will need to move the eBay ID from your previous account for you. Please contact Customer Service for assistance with this. Note that once we move the eBay ID, your previous Vendio account will no longer be able to perform eBay related tasks. You will be unable to list any scheduled items on the other Vendio account, and we will be unable to gather closing listings for post sale automation (WBNs will NOT be sent). "
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THEM TO RESPOND TO YOU TO CORRECT A PROBLEM? I AM ANXIOUS TO GET STARTED ON THIS AS MY AUCTIONS HAVE 6-7 DAYS TO GO AND NOT ENOUGH BROWSES.

Have you tried posting your question at Vendio Services rather than here? The moderators there are pretty good about answering questions.

Yes I sent an email to customer service this morning immediately after I got the error message. I was wondering if they aren't available on Sundays.

I didn't mean an e-mail. Go to Community, click on Vendio Services, then Sales Manager. Ask your question there. Often you'll get a much faster answer than your e-mail would bring.
