I'm vacillating, as I do every year at this time. I may list some low-end collectibles (paper ones) but otherwise will just work on having auctions ready to launch the day after Christmas, when people are hanging around the house bored and may have some gift money to spend. Every year it's the same old story--sales are slow for me--but perhaps fast for people selling what folks want to give as gifts.

My busiest time is between January and the end of March! I sell more then then at any other time of the year. October is my next busiest time.

You are so right. Do not slow down until Tax time. (about 01 March)

I'm going with the Sunday before xmas to be on the safe side. Usually the USPS gives a last day for priority mail to get there before xmas date. I haven't heard it yet this year.
December 19th is supposed to be the busiest mailing date of the year from what I understand - people may not be happy to see me in post office that day!
Updated to add: Just found this on the USPS web site: And don't forget to mark the calendar: ship no later than Dec. 19 so packages arrive on time.
