Just got on PayPal with no problem but I can say that we are not getting email notifications of payments in any timely manner. Also just got an email from someone trying to buy on our online antique mall shop that the shopping cart is not working. Oh great! Just when sales were picking up!

I have gotten “errors” on PayPal for the last week or so. Fortunately, we have our own Merchant account, so customers can by pass PayPal.
More than once lately, I have had PayPal tell me my Password or ID was wrong, when it was perfectly inserted – sure glad we have closed down our auctions and eBay store for the season.
PayPal has always been a pain, but since eBay took it over it has become a disaster.
