last few days i've had a problem that orders from the shopping cart on my web store (not on ebay) have not been coming through, I know this because customers have emailed and asked why I have not gotten back to them. I have been using AOL as my email account before now no problem , I have turned off all spam filters etc checked spam folders buit no luck, I have sent test orders using various hotmail and yahoo mail accounts and they did not arrive either. I switched to another email account as the receipient of the email and still no luck, I contacted the firm that operates my webstore and they swear the problem is not on their side. I dont know what the heck to do at this point. Anyone have a solution or path or link to try? This is usually a very good time for webstore business but if they cant email the orders I guess I cant fill them!
