What I hate is that I have to log in each time between shipping labels. I emailed and asked them about it and they suggested that I change some settings. I made all the changes but nothing helped. Did this happen to anyone else and were you able to fix it a different way? I'm tearing my hair out here! If I only have two or three, I can deal with it (barely), but more than that is frustrating!

Trader, it sounds like you are accessing the shipping link from eBay. It is a PITA the way ebay has that set up.
If you have multiple packages to label, log directly into your PayPal account.
On your account overview page, you will find a "ship" link to print postage on each paid transaction (if they paid by PayPAl).
If they paid with another form, you still have to do it the old fashioned way from you eBay page, one at a time.

I thought of that, too, and tried it from my Paypal page, but same thing happens. Just this morning, in fact. PITA is right.

Then your problem has nothing to do with PayPal and everything to do with your system. the only reason you would have to continue logging in to PayPal between printing shipping lanbels from their site is if either your computer system is so ever lovin slow that it it times out the page or your person system of dealing with the printouts is longer than they alotted time of non activity on the site before it logs you out for security reasons.

I think PayPal has a 5 minute inactivity time limit. If the time between you printing two shipping labels is longer than 5 minutes then you have to log in again.
If you are packaging your items in between the time you print the shipping labels it may be timing out. Try part way through your packing just click on something in paypal to reset the inactivity timer. It works for me.

It's only a matter of seconds between labels, so timing out is not the problem. Paypal suggested I change my internet options privacy settings to allow per session cookie handling, to make sure that www.paypal.com was in my list of managed sites, then to clear my auto complete items, but none of that helped either.
