Does anyone know how to offer the best offer option when listing through Vendio? I've seen the clickable option on numerous auctions and have the section in my summary but it never comes up in my auctions.
I'm sure I probably have brain damage but I just can't figure it out.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it whole bunches!!!

I don't think Vendio supports best Offer yet but is coming out with it soon. THis is from the Announcement Board:
Greetings from Vendio!
Once again, we're working on improvements to some of our software and we want to get your feedback on the coming changes. Want to let us know what you think?
Starting TOMORROW, December 13, you can schedule an online meeting with us to walk through the new software designs together and talk about them. Help shape the future of your Vendio services!
If you accept (or want to accept) Best Offers and Second Chance Offers, we're especially interested in talking to you for this round.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* a PC running Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows 2000, or Windows XP
* a broadband (cable, DSL) internet connection
* a telephone you can comfortably talk on while using the computer
We have a limited number of slots, so email us as soon as you can!
TO SIGN UP, EMAIL US WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
1. Your Vendio login ID
2. Times and days you would be available (December 13 - December 16 OR January 3 - January 6; please allow at least 60 minutes). 10am or 2pm Pacific time preferred, but we can be flexible to accommodate your schedule
3. A phone number at which we can call you to begin the meeting

For now you 'll have to revise each item thru ebay to accept best offers. But beware vendio will still charge you commission for the full price you listed it at if you have such subscription. I think its better to close the listing and relist it it at the offer price so you don't get overcharged because everytime i tell vendio item was sold for less with best offer they keep declining my refunds anyway.
Until they support it i have to list elsewhere that does.
I list it through Vendio at an amount I would accept. When I later revise the auction through eBay, I raise the fixed price at the same time that I add the Best Offer option.
I don't know if this would help with the Vendio commission problem or not, as I have flat rate plan.
