I've got this one bidder on a low-priced item, just $7.48 with shipping, but they keep on repeat paying through Paypal. This morning was the 4th payment for this same item in the past week, it was shipping a week ago, have refunded two payments so far and sent e-mails asking them to stop, but they just keep on coming.
I don't suppose there's any way to block a person from paying? Now wouldn't that be a nice feature, I'm getting annoyed at having to sign in & refund these stupid multiple payments.
Other than phoning them, which I don't want to do, how do you deal with this?

Mark the item "payment received" manually and they should stop. They keep paying because it comes up as needing paymen when looking at "Items I have won". If there is a PP payment showing, mark it "not received" and then mark it "Payment Received". That should work.
