I found an item from an iSoldit storefront that I am interested in. They state that they only ship Priority mail, but they can't mail to a PO box.
I inquired why, since I didn't see any reason Priority mail couldn't be sent to a PO box.
The reason I received was "We can't insure items being sent to a PO box, but we will ship the item to a PO box"
Is there any reason someone can't or would not want to insure to a PO box? I'm I missing something here?
I think a PO box is much more secure than someone's street mailbox or doorstep.

Think about it. If this person were correct, the refund claims for insurance paid for items shipped to P.O. boxes by the posters on this board alone would amount to enough to overthrow a small third world country. Add to that every other seller on Ebay who has insured items sent to P.O. boxes, and you would have a Postal system so deep in the red you would see the story splashed all over the front pages of the supermarket tabloids. In short, Fluffy's right. The seller's an idiot or a scam artist. Be careful dealing with him.

In general, iSoldit franchisees give consignment sellers a bad name; they're usually idiots, and their franchise rules are even dumber.
While you're at it, ask them why you can't pay cash if you pick the item up
